Losing weight with Minna Lessig Videos.
I'm trying to lose 30 lbs. using Minna Lessig videos. This month I'm working out with "Minna Optimizer - Balanced Blend. Three days a week I do the Fat Eliminator workout with the bonus program for 45 minutes a day. Three days a week I do the Strength & Grace workout for the 45 minutes. In February, I'll be starting the Minna Lessig - Total Body Toning for about 45 minutes a day six times a week. Each month I will switching the Minna Opimizer and the Total Body Toning. I will be weighing myself each month, to see If I get results! January weight - 162.2 lbs. currently size 12 in pants. I'm hoping to lose this weight by this summer. I really enjoy these workouts with Minna and am already noticing more body strength, but waiting patiently for the weight loss. Does anyone have an encouraging story of weight loss with these workouts? |

Well I have lost weight! This month I have lost 5 lbs. and starting in February will be working out 6 days a week, 45 minutes a day to Minna Lessig- Total Body Toning. I have noticed a big change in my body and have a lot more energy! I can't wait for more weight loss and will keep you posted! |

Hi there - I haven't seen any updates on your efforts, but I wanted to offer my encouragement as well. I just dug out some old videos and am very happy to report I found my MInna videos again!! I did the Emergency Workout yesterday, and it's really the best video for me right now as far as simple steps and not too much stepping up and down... I have gained quite a bit of weight over the last 10 years unfortunately, but I'm ready to release it (about 130 lbs). I'm going to get her videos on DVD to make them more convenient, and I'd be interested to hear how people found the 1 minute workout video? Thanks - and have a great day! Mary |
