One Minute Work out
hello does this dvd have a menu and would you recommend this dvd to beginners over 50 years of age? |

| Re: One Minute Work out Yes, it has a Menu on the CD and within the cassette. The hard copy inserts are good, better than any other exercise CD I've seen. I am older than 50 and I like it. |
