I fell in love with Minna years ago when my husband and I decided to lose weight and get fit. Her workout were very challenging. Not like some workkout videos. So I was wondering what is she doing now??

I would like to know the answer to this question, too.

I love all of her workout videos - they get results, she's a great instructor, and I hope she's going to make more cardio videos.

Anyone have any info?

Minna has a personal training studio in Virginia Beach, Va called Great Neck Personal Trainer. She not only trains people there, but also teaches classes including a Mommy and Me program.

I don't believe Great Neck Personal Trainer is still in operation. However, a little bird did tell me that a new video is forthcoming. Not sure on the details though.

I can't wait for her next video! I've really enjoyed doing the workouts. I do hope sometime she comes out with a mom & tot workout!

I would love more information on Minna's new DVD! Does anyone know a title or when it will be released? Will the Optimizer or Emergency Workout DVDs ever be re-released? I have Tank Top Arms, Total Mix, and One Minute Workout and LOVE them. She is my favorite fitness instructor.

I just posted this question over at Video Fitness. I also enjoy Minna's dvds and would love to see new footage. She has such a pleasant personality.
